  3. Mepilex Up er en ny og innovativ skumbandage, der er udviklet til at minimere risikoen for lækage og dermed forbedre de kliniske resultater. Bandagens innovative fordybninger i skummet forbedrer kapillærvirkningen, så væsken kan spredes i alle retninger, selv imod tyngdekraften. Disse unikke spredningsegenskaber muliggør uovertruffen væskehåndtering og minimerer risikoen for maceration. Derudover kan det bidrage til længere bæretid og færre bandageskift. Mepilex Up har et tyndt design, som gør bandagen meget formbar og nem at bruge. På trods af at Mepilex Up er tynd, kan den håndtere store mængder ekssudat samt både lav- og højviskøst ekssudat. Mepilex Up kan anvendes på mange forskellige typer væskende sår i alle stadier af sårhelingen.
