Mepore består af: - en absorberende sårpude med et integreret ikke-klæbende sårkontaktlag - en klæbekant med vandbaseret akrylatklæb. Klæbemidlet er hudvenligt og uden organiske opløsningsmidler. Klæbeområdet er dækket med to stykker overlappende beskyttelsesfilm, der muliggør aseptisk applicering - en ydre åndbar nonwoven, der yder en fysisk beskyttelse af såret. Bandagens materialeindhold: Akrylatklæb, polyester nonwoven, viskose og polyoleofin nonwoven.
