Mölnlycke participates in World Expo Dubai
From the 1st of October 2021, the world exhibition Expo opens in Dubai, featuring more than 192 countries united by the theme “Connecting Minds – Creating the Future”. The Expo, which happens every fifth year, is an opportunity to showcase contributions and ideas from all over the world and reach tens of millions of global visitors.
From 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022, this event converges on Dubai, delivering the best and brightest ideas and innovations the participating countries have to offer.
Mölnlycke Health Care represents Swedish innovation
Sweden, like most global players, participates in the Expo event to foster a positive image abroad, promote Sweden as a knowledge society with competitiveness and creativity to spare, and to strengthen Sweden’s position as an innovation springboard and site of co-creation and cultural exchange.
For Expo 2021-22, Sweden’s sub-theme for the event is “co-creation for innovation”, which will bring together about 120 partners who will exhibit as part of the Swedish pavilion. Mölnlycke is one of these exhibitors.
Mölnlycke represents a number of the key values of the Swedish delegation as well as the overarching theme of the event, including contributing to innovation that creates our shared global future. As a world-leading medical solutions company, we look forward to solving societal challenges through expert knowledge in wound care and infection prevention. Our participation will focus on three themes, which form the foundation of everything Mölnlycke does at the event:
• Innovation and revolutionising healthcare (Safetac technology)
• Advancing digital health adoption to enhance healthcare performance
• Encouraging collaboration globally to continue driving the prevention of pressure ulcers/injuries

With this global event, Mölnlycke aims to shine a light on important issues to help connect minds and create ideas for collaboration at a scale and reach unlike any other.
