Granudacyn® Wound Irrigation solution is a ready-to-use, wound irrigation solution for the cleaning and irrigation of acute, chronic and contaminated wounds. Cleaning of wounds prevents wound infection. In wounds that are already infected, adjuvant wound irrigation can help to significantly reduce the microbial load. This results from the mechanical effect of the irrigation, thus promoting wound healing.
