Overview
Melgisorb® Plus is a soft, highly absorbent, sterile, single use dressing made of calcium sodium alginate fibres. It creates a gel on contact with exudate or solutions containing saline. It does not adhere to the wound site upon removal when gelled and absorbs and retains wound exudate.
